Helicodiscus paralellus Say,1817 Shell:minute with a few teeth inside the aperture,surface with equidistant spiral striations. Pale greenish-yellow,width 3 mm and height 1 mm. Habitat:in woods,in shady and humid places on leaves. Distribution:Canada and Maine to Virginia and westwards to Oklahoma.

Helicodiscus singleyanus Pilsbry,1889 Shell:minute,thin,corneous and translucent,faint parallel lines at the apex. Diameter about 2.5 mm. Distribution:New Jersey to Florida and westwards to New Mexico
